The Finnish-inspired kindergarten concept, Lillipods®, has expanded into Maesot, Thailand, responding to growing demand from school owners and edupreneurs for globally benchmarked, quality, and accessible kindergarten models.
Named Lillipods Maesot, the project will be developed on a 2-hectare greenfield site, purpose-built from the ground up to international standards. The first phase will serve up to 120 children, with scalability to 180 students.
The project entered its internal kick-off phase in early February 2026, with project kick-off activities scheduled for Week 7. The target opening date is June 2027, aligning with long-term enrollment planning and international academic cycles.
Located in Maesot, a region experiencing growing cross-border connectivity and development, this project presents a unique opportunity to create a purpose-built education campus from the ground up.
A Bangkok-based design company has been appointed to lead campus design with the help of Lillipods' global support team, ensuring the learning environment meets both local context and global early education benchmarks.
